If two or more teams have the same points at the end of the season, the tie is broken using the points, goal difference and goals scored in their direct matches against one anoother. If the tie is still not broken, goal difference and goals scored in all their matches will be considered. If the tie is still not broken, additional match/matches will be played to determine their final position.

D - matches drawn (each draw brings 1 point)
L - matches lost (each loss brings 0 points)
GF - goals for
GA - goals against
GD - goal difference
